Inflammation, dehydration, and what to do about it.

Following along with the last article on the importance of drinking enough water, lets look at what you can do for inflammation by drinking more water.

When I mention inflammation here I am not speaking about inflammation as a result of trauma. The inflammation I wish to discuss is that found within the body in the fluids and organs. A very simple way to start to lower inflammation is by drinking enough water. This is a good step, but to increase the healing potential, try adding 1-2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar to your morning and evening glass of water. Both the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar help release oxygen into the body, this then alters the ph valve to more alkaline.
